Before You Reach Out
Is there a minimum engagement size?
Minimum engagement is 1 seat per tier. Most partners start with 1–2 L1/L2 seats and expand as confidence builds. There is no minimum contract value.
How quickly can resources go live?
Standard onboarding is 7–10 business days from agreement execution. Expedited onboarding (3–5 days) available for urgent coverage gaps subject to resource availability.
Do resources need access to client data?
Access is scoped strictly to what is required for ticket resolution within your PSA. No standing access to client file systems, email, or data repositories is provisioned by default.
What if the resource isn't the right fit?
Replacement requests are handled within 5 business days, no questions asked. The 30-day partner exit clause applies to the full engagement if fit cannot be established.
Can I scale down mid-contract?
Yes. 30-day written notice required for seat reductions. No penalty for scaling down. Expansion capacity is typically available within 5–10 business days of request.
Is pricing publicly available?
No. BAY IT does not publish pricing to protect partner margins. Seat rates are provided in writing following discovery call. The Resource Estimator on the White-Label page provides indicative ranges.
